Waiver

By using The Courtyard's facilities and participating in any activities, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of Risk

Participation in sporting and physical activities, including but not limited to pickleball, carries inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, including the risk of serious injury or death.

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless The Courtyard, its owners, operators, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our facilities or participation in activities.

Fitness to Participate

You confirm that you are physically fit to participate in the activities you engage in at The Courtyard. If you have any medical conditions or concerns, you should consult a medical professional before participating.

Rules & Conduct

All participants must follow facility rules, staff instructions, and proper sporting etiquette. Failure to comply may result in removal from the premises.

Minors

For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on their behalf and assumes responsibility for the minor's participation.

Acknowledgement

By entering The Courtyard and using our facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
